College of Media
The Faculty of Media at the University of Iraq was established to serve as a key pillar of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in serving Iraqi society, by training qualified media professionals who possess both academic knowledge and professional skills across various fields of media work. The Faculty seeks to provide society with a fresh supply of graduates from undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in various media specialisations, thereby contributing to the development of media institutions and strengthening the role of the media in spreading awareness and knowledge. The Faculty also works to provide an outstanding academic environment that combines theoretical education with practical application, keeping pace with the rapid developments in modern communication and media.
